I am a runner.
Today I took my dog, Fletch, on a long walk. I kept fighting the urge to just take off running. Or at least a jog.
I don’t get lost in my own thoughts, I find myself in them. I put on headphones, have my dog by my side, and we just run. Cheapest and easiest method of fitness. It centers me and allows me a chance to collect my thoughts far better than anything else. Better than quiet time, driving, working out or sleep.
What about you?
